By accessing or playing the current Pugilistic Duality browser prototype, you agree to these terms. The prototype is a pre-production demonstration and is not the finished commercial game.
The full game is not yet available for purchase. When it launches, it is planned as a single one-time purchase (no subscription, no in-app purchases) made entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store checkout — Pugilistic Duality does not process or store payment information itself. The displayed price will be shown by the platform before checkout, may vary by region, and is subject to that platform's own refund policy. Paid items will not provide statistical combat advantages or matchmaking priority.
The optional "Fight Club" cosmetic supporter tier referenced on the marketing page is a future possibility only, will launch (if at all) as its own separate purchase, and is not part of the planned one-time Full Game purchase described above.

The current browser prototype is available without payment or an account. It provides a one-round CPU match and a preview of the developing roster. The prototype may change or become unavailable without notice. Continued prototype play does not currently require purchase.
The current prototype does not contain online player interaction or accounts. If those features are introduced, users must not cheat, exploit bugs, harass others, or use unauthorized software, and additional conduct and enforcement terms will be published before launch.
All characters, artwork, code, music, and game design are the exclusive property of Pugilistic Duality. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pre-production prototype is provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
